MADRE Nelliston, LLC plans to acquire land (52.1 acres), buildings and improvements at the former Ford & Chevrolet dealerships and behind the former Chrysler dealership for the purpose of relocating Any Level Lift LLC Operations to 6476 State Highway 5, in the Town of Palatine.
